Our Team

An internationally trained ophthalmologist who passed the Canadian Standard Assessment in Optometry (CSAO), and obtained his license to work as an optometrist in 2011.

• Completed his MD from the Medical Sciences University in Tehran, Iran, followed by four years of residency in Ophthalmology, and secured 1st place in the Iranian National Board of Ophthalmology Examinations.
• Has been working and treating patients in his private clinic in Tehran where his knowledge and experience is well recognized by his peers and appreciated by countless patients he helped. He is an expert in diagnosing, treating and caring for patients in need of vision care. 

Dr. Go was born and raised in Richmond, British Columbia. He studied biology at the University of British Columbia before completing his training at the State University of New York's College of Optometry. He completed his clinical rotations at NYC Health + Hospitals, University Eye Center's Contact Lens Service, and a private practice in Upper Manhattan. Dr. Go's main areas of practice include primary care, specialty contact lenses, and dry eye management.

Habib Rezapoor is a Canadian Licensed Optician with over 40 years of experience in the field. He specializes in dispensing optics and has extensive expertise in laboratory procedures, including lens cutting, grinding, polishing, and fitting. With a strong commitment to comfort and precision, Habib takes pride in guiding both first-time and experienced progressive or bifocal lens wearers through the process of selecting the ideal frames and lenses. 

Habib holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, as well as diplomas in eyeglass-making from both the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and the Technical and Vocational Training Organization in Iran. In addition to his hands-on experience, he spent 10 years as a teacher and examiner in Qazvin Province and served as the head of the Qazvin Opticians Union for a decade.

Melina holds a degree in business administration and has worked at Total Eye Care Centre since 2017. She began as a receptionist, became a licensed optometrist assistant in 2019, and obtained licenses for RF (Radio Frequency) and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) for dry eye treatment in 2023. In 2021, she was awarded Best Optometrist Assistant from BCDO. 

Melina loves her workplace, values her supportive colleagues, and enjoys connecting with patients. Outside work, she spends quality time with family, relaxes with yoga, and enjoys reading. Flowers and plants bring warmth and calm to her life, creating lively and welcoming spaces.

Nadia joined the Total Eye Care Centre family in 2018 and holds a Master’s degree in Biology. She became a licensed Optometric Assistant in 2019 and received certification in IPL and RF laser therapy for dry eye treatment in 2023. With experience in the medical field dating back to 2009, Nadia brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. She finds joy in building meaningful connections and supporting patients on their eye care journey. 

Outside of work, Nadia enjoys working out, exploring interior design, taking nature walks, and spending quality time with her family and dog.

Paria has been into Graphic Design and Illustration until she joined Total Eye Care Centre in 2012 as part of her Optometric Assistant certificate. In 2023 she completed Dry Eye Treatment Trainings. At work, she advocates the importance of comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages, getting to know the patients and grant to her community. 

She enjoys working with her colleagues in the vibrant atmosphere of the clinic. Paria is an all time fan of Vancouver Film Festival!

Melika joined Total Eye Care Centre Optometry in 2023 as an assistant, where she performs pre-tests using advanced equipments including Auto-refractions, Tonometry, Visual Field testing, OCT and Optomaps (retinal imaging). She ensurs accurate assessments for each patient and supports patients throughout their visit. 

Melika is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology and is passionate about understanding and helping people—both in and outside of the clinic. Outside of work and school, Melika stays active through sports, especially tennis, and occasionally unwinds with yoga. She's also a fan of book clubs and loves engaging in conversations over a good read.

Setareh has been working as a receptionist at Total Eye Care Centre since 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, which has equipped her with strong organizational and financial skills. At the front desk, Setareh warmly welcomes every patient with genuine care and professionalism. She is meticulous in handling insurance claims, invoicing, and appointment scheduling, and is committed to creating a smooth and supportive experience for both patients and team members.

Farzaneh joined our team in 2024 as an Optometric Assistant and quickly became a valuable part of our clinic. She holds a bachelor's degree in Management and brings a positive spirit to the team. Farzaneh performs pretesting with precision and care, ensuring each patient feels comfortable and well looked after. She is confident in working with a range of advanced diagnostic equipment, including Auto-Refraction, Non-Contact Tonometry, OCT, Optomap, and Visual Field testing. Her calm and attentive approach helps set the tone for a positive patient experience from the very start of their visit.

Outside of work, she loves hiking and is also an experienced Setar player, blending her love for nature with a deep appreciation for music.
